CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
We are seeking a qualified, goal-focused CSR to join our MATI Team. This is an essential position in our company and is vital in providing customer service and focus on customer satisfaction. This individual should be outgoing, dynamic, self-motivated and enthusiastic about working with customers and co-workers.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The primary responsibility of the customer service representative is to provide excellent customer service to include resolving customer issues, questions, and concerns as well as providing proactive information. Take payments via credit cards, cash, checks or money orders and apply to accounts using the NISC system.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the processing of customer orders, trouble tickets, etc.
Answer inbound customer calls regarding payments, add-on services, removal of services, billing issues, requests to cancel services, retain existing customers and
Maintain a strong, positive attitude and composure while managing extremely fast pace and potentially difficult situation
Must be able to effectively interpret and communicate information from NISC system; strives to continuously build knowledge and skills
Communicate with Sales/Marketing and IT Dept. to identify and solve customer requests and problems
Performs other work as assigned or assist other departments as needed.
NETWORK TECHNICIAN – LEVEL II
Mescalero Apache Telecom, Inc. (MATI) is seeking a qualified Network Technician – Level II to join our team. This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must be prepared to demonstrate their technical skills and experience. The ideal candidate will have 2–3+ years of experience or equivalent knowledge in areas such as Layer 2 switching and Layer 3 routing, IPv4 addressing and subnetting, OSPF and BGP routing protocols, and Ethernet network design and troubleshooting.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Network Technician – Level II is responsible for supporting MATI’s network infrastructure through installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance. This includes working with advanced networking protocols, ensuring network reliability, and providing technical expertise to resolve issues.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate and provide daily support to customers, peers, and management. Work closely with the Network Operations Manager. Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours maintenance windows as needed. Perform occasional evenings, weekends, and early-morning work, as well as occasional travel. Maintain a high level of dependability, as our customers and network rely on your expertise.
